How to Order
Determine your shell dimensions ( 5.5” X 14”, EdgeCraft, 7mm etc.)
- Select your wood species (email us if you have questions)
- Select hardware (chrome, brass, or black chrome)
- Determine type of hoops (Artisan custom wood hoops, triple flange, die-cast etc.)
- Select your Finish (Oil/Wax, Natural Satin, Silky Satin Lacquer, French Polish Hybrid, High Gloss)
- Choose your drum heads (Remo, Evans, etc.)
- Send the information from steps 1- 6 along with your contact info via Email or call (901) 219-5853 for price quote. You can also calculate cost on the pricing page.
- Make a payment of 50% of sale price as a deposit. (See payment options below)
- All orders require a deposit of 50%.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. Shipping charges apply and are determined at time of shipment. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery on snare drums and custom hoops. Turn-around times may vary. Full drum sets may require longer ETA’s depending on the volume of orders being filled. We will advise as your order is placed as to the estimated time of delivery on your drum(s).
